Marc Jacob:
a great designer....


Marc Jacob is born 1963 in the USA.
He has studied art and design at The New School. He also studied at the famous Parsons School of Design.
At the age of 25 he became a designer for the american brand Perry Ellis, he was fired six years later :( perhaps because i didn't fit the american brand...
He created a brand called Marc Jacobs in the same year (1994).
In 1997 he became the chef-designer at Louis Vuitton, he got his own line called Marc by Marc Jacobs with a little lower prices in the year 2000.

He's know for slipping in and out of rehab. Wearing Dr. Martens-boots and a kilt :*


He describes his style as a mix of pop, Grunge, humor, kitsch and a lot of other things.he a mixes it with the traditional fashion.

Decora

Hey babes!

I've got at new style for you to know! it's from japan, and it's called Decora...

Decora is -as the name says- all about decorating.. they use a lot of buckles, usually in sweet colors as pink an light green.
Decora is a very sweet style and it has a lot of cute details.
Decora girls often use bows, fruits and animals on the details :*

 

here's and good example of two decora girls...
a lot of details and pink colors, these girls mixed all the sweetness with a some black accessories, and made it a littel more edgy :P

Lolita

Hey babes!
I what to introduce you to the Japanese style Lolita. there's two types of Lolita, Sweet Lolita and Gothic Lolita.

This is sweet Lolita :*

And this is gothic lolita.

So the sweet Lolita is about, is all about sweet and light colors.The hair is all about big curls is light colors such as blond and pink. They like big dresses, skirts, bows, stockings and purses.

Gothic Lolita is still about big dresses, skirts and bows, but they like it in black and red colors they typically where a lot of eye make-up en Lipstick. They do mostly have very light skin. :*
